Yes. People Detection lists everyone who sent or received a message, plus names in quoted replies, sign-offs and addresses in the text. Decide once per person and it’s applied to every approved document, and anyone you name in Request details always stays in. It also finds phone numbers, postcodes, NHS and National Insurance numbers, sort codes and card numbers.

Free covers one project with one document up to 500 MB, and its exports are watermarked. Professional is £25 a month for documents up to 3 GB each, with clean exports and sharing. Team licences are billed on one invoice.

Yes, on Professional. Invite colleagues by email as editors or viewers. Editors redact, triage, upload and export with you and need their own Professional plan. Viewers review for free. You can see who is in the project and which item each person has open.

Uploads are stored in the UK and processed in the EU, and billing runs through Stripe in the US. We’re registered with the ICO, and our DPA and sub-processors are published. Redactions are burned into exported files, so they can’t be lifted back off.
