Yes. With a Professional subscription you can invite colleagues to a project by email and choose their access level. Editors can redact, triage, upload, and export alongside you and need their own Professional subscription; viewers can open and review a project for free with any RedactBox account. Real-time presence shows who is in a project and which item each person is working on, and you can transfer ownership of a project to a colleague when needed.
All data is hosted in the UK and EU on secure Google Cloud and AWS infrastructure. We are registered with the ICO and designed with GDPR compliance as a core principle. Redactions are permanent and cannot be reversed in exported documents.
